About the role

Opportunity for board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to start and own their own ABA practice in Kentucky, with support from Finni Health to set up guidelines, processes, billing, supervision, and evidence-based treatment delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team to set up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your practice.
  • Communicate with team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
  • Monitor effectiveness of treatment approach and modify the program as needed.
  • Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports.
  • Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation, training, and in-service programs (including client-specific staff/parent training).
  • Ensure all treatment methodologies are evidence-based and aligned with latest research.
  • Train and supervise clinical staff with feedback on ABA interventions.
  • Collaborate with families in developing behavior support strategies.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Licensure to practice in the applicable state
  • Minimum three years experience in ABA (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
