About the role

BCBA position with SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company. On-site, part-time (opportunity to grow into full-time) in Muskegon/Grand Haven/Mears, MI, offering flexible scheduling, supportive culture, competitive benefits, and opportunities to lead group-based programming and parent training.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
  • Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
  • Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
  • Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
  • Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming)
  • Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings

Qualifications

  • BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Michigan state licensure
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
  • Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
  • Early childhood development expertise
