About the role

Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) position with SenseSational Learning Group in Lansing, MI. Full-time, on-site role offering paid BCBA/BCaBA fieldwork through the Wayfinder Program, supervision, and pathways toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one ABA services using play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families.
  • Collect accurate data and communicate openly about client progress.
  • Participate in individual and group supervision with BCBAs.
  • Complete paid indirect clinical activities appropriate to your Wayfinder stage.
  • Contribute to developing programs such as social groups, caregiver coaching, and professional training.

Qualifications

  • Completed 40-hour RBT training or willingness to complete before starting.
  • Previous experience working with children.
