About the role

We’re hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to help build and execute NetBox Labs’ field marketing, event, and partner marketing programs. This role supports trade shows, sponsorships, webinars, regional events, and partner programs, acting as the connector between marketing, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure programs run on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Support the research, development, and execution of field marketing initiatives, including or own conferences, third-party trade shows, and regional events
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to research, develop, and execute campaigns and projects moving forward on time
  • Help organize and coordinate NetBox Labs and industry events, including proactively communicating in a concise, effective manner with internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with the marketing team on partner marketing programs — co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and shared sponsorships with ecosystem partners
  • Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (events, campaigns, registration and attendance data)
  • At times manage event logistics and on-the-ground execution — venue and vendor coordination, booth setup, and swag

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or integrated marketing campaigns — ideally in B2B tech or SaaS
  • Hands-on experience supporting trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or regional events
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus
  • Proficiency using Google Workspace applications, Zoom, and Slack
