About the role

AI-Powered Super Mentor for Test Prep. Role focuses on delivering high-quality design for an AI-driven tutoring platform with strong ownership and product thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead various design initiatives and work closely with founders and engineering team
  • Prototype on Figma or build AI prototypes
  • Add visual delights on UI via illustrations and animation (e.g., jitter)
  • Organised thinking: user insights, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Awareness of platform-wide problems and proposing solutions
  • Take data-driven decisions where needed
  • Collate user feedback from surveys and user calls

Qualifications

  • Ideally 2 to 4 years of experience in both functional and beautiful designs
  • Solid product thinking and experience in product-based organizations
  • Strong design portfolio
  • Understands user data and multiple user segments
  • Experience with design systems and dark/light themes
  • Must use AI in design processes & product thinking
  • Multidisciplinary thinking (motion design, tools like jitter, rive, lottie)
  • Bonus: experience in gamification/personalisation flows
