About the role

VP of Product role at Paces, leading product strategy and organization across three pods (Power, Risk, Platform) for a climate-focused Agentic AI platform accelerating renewable infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy across three pods: Power, Risk, and Platform
  • Build and lead the product organization; hire and coach PMs
  • Write specs and engage directly with customers; stay close to the work
  • Ship AI-enabled products with defined evaluation of agent quality and failure modes
  • Drive metrics-driven product development andPricing/packaging decisions
  • Engage with customers (hyperscalers, data center developers, IPPs, renewable developers) to inform roadmap

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product, including 3+ years leading product teams
  • Experience taking technical B2B products from early traction to scale ($5M-$50M ARR)
  • Shipped AI products where accuracy matters and user is a domain expert
  • Fluency with data-heavy products
  • Clear written communication (specs, memos, updates)
  • Real opinions on pricing and packaging and demonstrated delivery of changes
