About the role

Client Strategist at Postscript, a fully remote AI messaging platform for ecommerce, responsible for end-to-end SMS strategy and revenue generation for a rotating group of customers, collaborating with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent content - Create compelling SMS campaigns, automations and calls to action aligned with brand voice
  • Excellent advisory relationships - Develop advisory relationships, execute best practices, strategize and run innovative SMS marketing campaigns
  • Customer growth - Track, analyze and iterate on customers’ results to drive scalable SMS revenue on the Postscript platform
  • Marketing best practices - Establish and expand marketing best practices; deepen knowledge of customer marketing, technology and business needs
  • Industry and product expertise - Maintain expert knowledge of Postscript products and ecommerce marketing; serve as go-to consultant for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 3+ years proven experience in the direct-to-consumer space with strong knowledge of SMS, copywriting and best practices
  • Hands on experience with A/B testing and persuasive copywriting
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce and e-commerce marketing
  • Passion for helping customers understand and execute ecommerce SMS strategy
  • Experience in a customer-facing role managing operator relationships and liaising with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Skilled in streamlining workflows and managing complex processes
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, metrics-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
