About the role

On-site facilities support for the Clark office including cleanliness and sanitation, meeting and training setup support, minor maintenance assistance, and daily office readiness tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing office areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and ensure daily readiness of shared spaces.
  • Support setup and teardown for meetings, trainings, and office events including arranging tables, chairs, and basic supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Facilities Administrator and assist with minor maintenance tasks when trained and authorized.
  • Monitor cleaning and basic upkeep supplies and request restocking through the proper channel.
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols and support emergency readiness activities when assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities support work.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to report onsite in Clark and follow schedules.
