About the role

Senior Associate, Talent Sourcing responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates, partnering with Recruiters to develop sourcing strategies, and building pipelines to meet hiring needs. Focuses on proactive sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and maintaining accurate recruitment data while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, job fairs, social media platforms, employee referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
