About the role

Community Lead responsible for introducing JETSET to new markets, building local relationships, and creating experiences that inspire people to join the community. Works with the General Manager to drive partnerships, events, social media, and member engagement from pre-opening launch through post-opening growth.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Opening | Launch the Market: Build relationships with local businesses and wellness partners; plan community activations, pop-ups, and tabling events; support On The Mat community classes and guest experiences; capture leads and build founding member community; create local social media content with the marketing team; generate excitement leading into opening day.
  • Post-Opening | Grow the Community: Build partnerships driving referrals and new memberships; support local events and ongoing engagement; partner with General Manager to drive membership growth and studio goals; follow up with prospective members and support lead conversion; deliver exceptional member experience during in-studio shifts; support front desk operations and ensure a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed.
