About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at solidcore studios, focused on delivering excellent client experience, studio operations, and contributing to sales.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life (welcome, community connection, recognizing milestones, educating about offers)
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and address requests and concerns
  • Maintain knowledge of studio retail, class packages, beverages/towels, and promotions
  • Perform routine client-facing tasks (new accounts, scheduling/cancelling/rebooking classes, package purchases)
  • Communicate studio issues, events, and schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations and keep the studio clean
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances and assist in responses
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and coordinate celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
