About the role

Product Analyst role focusing on Joint Account at Zopa, London. Hybrid permanent position within Analytics – Product Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Analysts across Zopa, delivering trusted insights daily to inform decisions and improve the Joint Account product
  • Designing and evaluating statistically rigorous experiments to support rapid iterative product development as we test our way through uncertainty
  • Defining metrics that will be our source of truth for product performance, quality of user experience, and progress on key results
  • Owning your analytics roadmap, proactively identifying opportunities for further analysis and prioritising the highest impact work
  • Building at the cutting edge of AI-enabled analytics, developing new tools for natural language insight generation and powerful internal data apps

Qualifications

  • Technical: Experience in an analytical role with strong data manipulation skills in SQL and/or Python. You’re comfortable getting stuck into large datasets and extracting insight that drives decision making
