About the role
Brazil Growth Lead and general manager for Brazil, responsible for end-to-end P&L, commercial strategy, ecosystem engagement, and product-driven market activation in Brazil. Reports to product/engineering alignment with a PLG approach and owns market bets, pricing, onboarding, and regional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- The Brazil P&L mindset, end to end: Acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. One market, full funnel, your number, your bets.
- The commercial strategy: Decide where Lovable plays first (SMB, enterprise, education, public sector, partnerships); sequence bets and open doors through your network.
- The Brazilian ecosystem: Engage with executives, events, communities, and country-specific channels (Campus Party, Web Summit Rio, South Summit, Gramado Summit, community events, WhatsApp groups).
- Product changes that unlock the market: Define product/engineering priorities for Brazil (Pix and parcelamento, BRL pricing and packaging, PT-BR onboarding, templates, integrations).
Qualifications
- Commercially mature: 10+ years building technology businesses in Brazil, with executive roles and board exposure preferred.
- Strategic operator: Ability to sequence bets, articulate optimization priorities, and know what to ignore.
- Technically savvy: Credible with engineers, understands PLG mechanics, and can advocate for product needs (not necessarily writing code).
- Native or near-native Portuguese and fluent in English.
