About the role

Candidate Specialist at SpaceXAI acting as the initial step in the recruiting process, screening inbound applications, hosting onsite candidates, building talent pools, and driving program management to improve hiring efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tours of the facility and provide a history and overview of SpaceXAI
  • Manage onsite interview logistics, coordinating between recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and the hiring team
  • Learn about our business to speak intelligently about our programs with candidates and client groups
  • Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with SpaceXAI
  • Review inbound applications for select roles and identify/build talent pools of prospective candidates
  • Partner with recruiters to align on the ideal candidate profile
  • Share relevant applicants with the corresponding hiring teams
  • Drive forward program management to measure and track the increased efficiency of hiring for the scope/core area of focus for the candidate specialist

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources

Skills

Required:Bachelor’s degreeRecruiting or human resources experienceCommunication skills (written and oral)
Nice to have:Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systemMS Outlook and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple projectsConfidentiality and discretionBusiness and AI domain knowledge
