About the role

Senior leadership role responsible for directing the Starlink product growth team to plan, test, and bring market changes to drive growth of Starlink service programs and offerings across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product growth team: set the bar, assign ownership, and ensure launch quality, timeline, and growth impact
  • Own go-to-market for service programs and offering changes (multi-family, community access, cash referral, market-specific value propositions, etc.), including offer contents, launch locations, and market GTM requirements
  • Organize deployment of product offering changes across the service suite: roadmap, sequencing, launch coordination, and readiness with product, engineering, marketing, and in-market GTM
  • Partner with global go-to-market teams to ensure online experiences and service programs work in market (positioning, eligibility, in-store activation, onboarding, ops handoff, local constraints)
  • Drive impact planning and prioritization: size the growth case, sequence work to meet Consumer Growth goals, prune non-impactful work
  • Be accountable for program and offering growth impact: execute, review performance post-launch, iterate or stop based on feedback
  • Bring a point of view: source ideas, justify with data and GTM input, vet feasibility, test, and take winners to market
  • Represent product growth in Consumer Growth and GTM forums: defend plans, surface tradeoffs early, align US and in-market teams through launch

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in product, growth, go-to-market, consumer programs, or related role in a technical or consumer business
  • 3+ years of direct people leadership
