About the role

Lead Product Owner responsible for Harvey's finance systems portfolio (NetSuite, Zip, Ramp, Brex, Metronome) across global finance operations; owns roadmap, discovery, design, and delivery in an agile environment, collaborating with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Ops, Procurement, Tax, and Business Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the product owner for core finance business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and/or record-to-report) and the supporting systems; run discovery, define target-state design, own the roadmap, and measure value and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a finance systems professional, including 5+ years of direct NetSuite experience with complex configuration across a global, multi-entity, multi-currency organization.
  • Product owner/manager experience in at least one core finance process area with deep domain expertise and a track record of delivering roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to mentor peers and set technical standards.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with autonomy and effective collaboration; experience with international expansion and multi-entity/currency scenarios.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS finance applications and architecture, including automation and AI trends.
  • Experience implementing best practices around change management, regression/UAT planning, segregation of duties, and regulatory requirements.
