About the role

Head of Recruitment to lead the recruiting engine behind a fast-growing AI company, partnering with leadership to scale hiring, build recruiting systems, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Almaty Recruiting Organization: Set direction, priorities, and standards for the Almaty recruiting and coordination team.
  • Balance recruiter capacity against business priorities so the most important roles always have the right owner and focus.
  • Coach recruiters and coordinators, raise the bar on candidate assessment, and develop the next generation of recruiting leaders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years leading recruiting teams or recruiting operations.
  • Proven track record scaling hiring in a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience building recruiting processes, reporting, and team rituals from the ground up.
  • Deep ATS expertise; Ashby strongly preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building recruiting metrics and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Russian.
