About the role

Lead the Creative Strategy behind fonio’s growth across paid and organic channels, shaping stories, hooks, and formats; manage the Creative-Production team and drive output aligned with performance data.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the Creative Strategy: target industries, angles, messages and testing roadmap.
  • Concept and write at high tempo: hooks, ad copy, video scripts for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and landing page texts.
  • Lead our Static Ads Designer and Content Creator: brief, provide feedback, ensure strong output from concepts.
  • Run structured creative tests, read metrics, and decide what to scale, evolve, or stop.
  • Bring new formats and ideas, from creator videos to organic content.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Creative Strategy or Performance Creative with paid ads you have drafted and scaled, with demonstrable results.
  • Experience leading or mentoring creatives, designers, or content creators.
  • You think in hooks and angles and know what stops in the feed and what converts on landing pages.
  • Excellent German copywriting for ads, video scripts, and landing pages.
  • You make data-driven decisions and can explain why something works.
  • You produce quickly and at high volume without compromising quality.
