About the role

Communications Designer to shape White Circle’s visual identity across website, product, and brand. Responsibilities include designing landing pages, building visual systems, creating graphics/illustrations, and exploring motion, 3D, and other dynamic brand expressions.

Responsibilities

  • Design landing pages from the first idea to polished, responsive final designs
  • Develop visual languages, patterns, graphic systems, and illustrations for website and product
  • Help evolve the White Circle brand across surfaces
  • Bring brand ideas into the product and express the brand through the product
  • Create concepts for motion, interactions, animations, and other dynamic experiences
  • Design visuals for launches, campaigns, social, events, and other brand moments
  • Explore new visual directions and turn rough ideas into strong creative concepts
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to implement ideas in the product
  • Move between concept, art direction, and pixel-level execution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio across brand and digital design, especially web
  • Excellent visual taste and attention to typography, composition, layout, and details
  • Experience designing for the web and understanding responsive layouts beyond desktop
  • Comfort designing graphics and illustrations and experimenting with visual styles
  • Understanding of motion and how static visuals can move and behave
  • Ability to take a project from rough concept to polished final result without needing every step defined
  • Curiosity about technology, AI, and design/software intersections
  • Clear communication, independent work style, and ability to move quickly
