About the role

Independent contractor project-based data collection for Hindi voice recording as part of Project Melora. Remote work with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Record solo calls on a secure platform (4–10 calls, 1–2 minutes each, max 5 minutes per session) following a 6-step flow: greeting, ID verification, describing the issue, pausing for the agent's reply, resolution, and closing
  • Submit basic metadata after each call
  • Ensure use of fake names and account/order numbers; avoid real personal information

Qualifications

  • Native Hindi speaker, 18+
  • Able to read and follow short instructions in Hindi
  • Own an iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, or 17 Air
  • Have a quiet indoor recording space (no TV, traffic, fans, or other voices)
  • Able to complete 4–10 calls with distribution constraints (no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, across several days)
  • Willing to be recorded, give consent, sign an NDA, and follow project guidelines
