About the role

Independent contractor project for collecting Russian voice data by recording short, one-sided phone calls to help build natural voice AI. Remote, flexible, project-based with QA-based pay.

Responsibilities

  • Record solo calls in Russian following a 6-step call flow: greeting, ID verification, describing the issue, pausing for agent response, resolution, and closing
  • Use only fake names and account or order numbers
  • Be recorded and provide consent, sign NDA, and follow project guidelines
  • Submit basic metadata after each call

Qualifications

  • Native Russian speaker, 18+
  • Ability to read and follow short instructions in Russian
  • Own an iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, or 17 Air
  • Quiet indoor space to record (no TV, traffic, or other voices)
  • Can complete 4–10 calls, each 1–2 minutes (5 minutes max)
  • Can spread calls out: no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, at different times across several days
