About the role

Independent contractor project-based role for Spanish voice recording in Project Melora. Remote work with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Record solo calls in Spanish following a 6-step flow: greeting, ID verification, describing the issue, pausing for the agent's reply, resolution, and closing
  • Record short, one-sided phone calls using made-up details
  • Submit basic metadata after each call
  • Use only fake names and account or order numbers
  • Sign NDA and follow project guidelines

Qualifications

  • Native Spanish speaker, 18+
  • Ability to read and follow short instructions in Spanish
  • Own an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max
  • Quiet indoor recording space (no TV, traffic, fans, or other voices)
  • Ability to complete 4–10 calls, each 1–2 minutes (5 minutes max)
  • Can spread calls out: no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, across several days
  • Willingness to be recorded and give recorded consent
