About the role

Independent contractor project-based role for collecting French voice data to improve AI-driven voice systems. Remote, flexible schedule with QA-based pay.

Responsibilities

  • Record solo calls in French following a 6-step flow (greeting, ID verification, describing the issue, pausing for the agent's reply, resolution, and closing)
  • Use only fake names and account or order numbers
  • Record short, one-sided phone calls and submit basic metadata after each call
  • Complete 4–10 calls per session (each 1–2 minutes, max 5 minutes) and ensure QA-approved sessions for payment

Qualifications

  • Native English speaker, 18+
  • Can read and follow short instructions in French
  • Own an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max
  • Have a quiet indoor space to record
  • Can spread calls out: no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, across several days
  • Willing to be recorded, give recorded consent, sign an NDA, and follow project guidelines
