About the role

Driver responsible for safe, timely delivery and movement of high-value materials and equipment for data center construction and operations in Memphis, TN, combining driving, loading, route coordination, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Load, drive, and unload materials using commercial vehicles while meeting transportation requirements
  • Safely load and unload trucks at pickup/drop-off points using forklifts; secure loads
  • Scan barcodes and transact material movements in the WMS/ERP
  • Take route direction from logistics leadership and report issues promptly
  • Maintain and review delivery documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor vehicle condition, service records, cleanliness, and fueling; report problems
  • Operate Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and maintain a safe driving record
  • Support receiving, material handling, and inventory operations as needed
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • 3+ years of commercial driving experience (short-haul required; long-haul preferred)
