About the role

Internship in Anduril's Supply Chain group focusing on strategic planning, supplier selection, and negotiations across multiple domains (planning, procurement, purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, and program support). Requires collaboration with procurement, engineering, finance, legal, and suppliers; emphasizes industry dynamics, pricing, manufacturing processes, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and rollout of business solutions in Demand & Material Planning, Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics/Warehouse/Supplier Quality, Operational Scale & Supply Chain Health, and Miscellaneous/Collaborative areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, engineering, finance, legal) and third-party suppliers.
  • Assist in optimizing MRP inputs/outputs, ERP integration, analytics and dashboards; identify material gaps and supplier risk; support BOM and master data requirements; assist with right-to-left planning and milestone procedures.
  • Optimize RFQ systems and upstream data flows; develop tools for multi-tier quoting, advanced sourcing, supplier collaboration, and cost trajectory analyses.
  • Support Purchasing with SOPs, training materials, part/BOM issue troubleshooting, availability tracking dashboards, ad-hoc analytics, and automated purchasing workflows.
  • Assist Logistics/WMS/QMS optimization, compliance and sparing audits, and inventory analytics for period-end/ad-hoc requests.
  • Document supply chain processes, develop change control and rollout procedures, create a Supplier Scorecard, and support supplier onboarding and risk assessment.
  • Liaise between Business and IT, support sprint planning, testing, training, end-user testing and reporting.
  • Develop a global, comprehensive Supply Chain digital ecosystem roadmap with Data team for analytics and data flow improvements.
  • Gain familiarity with end-user data usage and feedback to drive enhancements into the roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology & Systems Architecture, Software Engineer, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Must be returning to school after internship for at least one quarter/semester.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
  • Ability to complete an in-person 12-week internship in one of Anduril's offices in summer 2027.
