About the role

Role focused on developing provisioning and sustainment data across the product lifecycle, owning the data domain under the Logistics Program Manager, and co-authoring deliverables that depend on provisioning data.

Responsibilities

  • Own the provisioning and logistics data baseline by establishing and maintaining the authoritative dataset (CAGE codes, part numbers, BOMs, MTBF and failure-rate data, unit prices, provisioning parts lists).
  • Build and run the operating model to keep the dataset current, reconciled, and version-controlled as design and test results evolve.
  • Partner across the program with supply chain, reliability and sustaining engineering, procurement, and design to gather data the sustainment mission depends on.
  • Co-author provisioning-based CDRLs and their supporting analysis (sparking recommendations, support equipment data, parts lists) with rationale for customer delivery.
  • Partner with the Integrated Product Support team to underpin spares list review, support equipment sourcing, and provide clean source data for LPD products (LORA, MTA) and Technical Orders.
  • Set the tooling standard by leading with AI-enabled tools to build data solutions, while complying with government-m mandated logistics tools (e.g., Power Log-J).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field (equivalent military logistics experience may substitute for education).
  • 3+ years of integrated product support, provisioning, or sustainment experience in a defense or military environment.
  • Working knowledge of DoD Integrated Product Support, provisioning and cataloging (CAGE codes, NSN and part number structures, provisioning parts lists, MTBF, failure rates).
  • Experience developing or supporting government logistics deliverables against DIDs and CDRLs.
  • Collaborative, self-starting cross-functional teamwork across engineering, supply chain, and procurement.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with AI-enabled tools to build solutions independently.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving program and contribute to early-stage, formative work.
  • Travel up to 5–10% domestically.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance.
