About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Security Manager to provide embedded security support for assigned classified contracts, ensuring compliance with government and customer security requirements and coordinating with program teams and government customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated program security support on assigned classified contracts, including personnel and physical security initiatives for program personnel, spaces, and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, and applicable customer-specific security requirements as outlined in multiple DD-254s.
  • Engage and advise the Contractor Program Manager on security-related initiatives by identifying issues that potentially impact business operations.
  • Assist in preparation of security plans, CONOPS, and related documentation for movement, transportation, storage, and operation of classified information and hardware.
  • Develop and execute a robust security program encompassing multiple security disciplines in conjunction with program requirements.
  • Develop and deliver Transportation Security Plans with government customer and program team for secure movement of program material.
  • Report and investigate security incidents for assigned program and recommend mitigations to program and security leadership.
  • Develop and administer Operational Security (OPSEC) and Program Protection planning requirements in compliance with regulations.
  • Interpret Security Classification Guidance (SCG) for assigned program.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and seven years of industrial security-related experience
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience conducting security briefings and debriefings, and explaining security processes and procedures
  • Experience implementing multiple security disciplines (Personnel, Physical, Operations Security)
  • Professional communication skills with all levels of employees, management, and customers
  • Current U.S. Top Secret security clearance
