About the role

Senior Financial Analyst to support the Connected Warfare Division, partnering with growth, engineering, and operations to manage product/program financials, forecasting, and reporting across a diverse hardware/software C2 portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contract and product profit margin analysis
  • Ownership of rolling monthly forecasts, validated with Growth Leads, Product Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering Leads
  • Synthesize and present internal management reporting with clear narratives on performance against plan
  • Own the financial cadence with program management to maintain EAC integrity and develop accurate ETC forecasts
  • Drive income statement and balance sheet forecasting by contract and business line
  • Prepare and lead monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis at multiple accounting levels
  • Design, build, and automate reports and dashboards in FP&A and BI tools
  • Partner with growth and operations on pricing and proposal activities for new business
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and procedures
  • Support long-range planning, ad hoc financial modeling, and special projects

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, program finance, or another highly analytical corporate role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Acute understanding of financial systems, data management, and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work successfully and build relationships in a dynamic, team-based environment
  • United States citizen and eligible to apply for and maintain a US security clearance
