About the role

Technical Operations Specialist responsible for delivering and validating AR demonstrations (Sand Table) for government and military audiences, ensuring multi-product demos run flawlessly, troubleshooting in real-time, and supporting field deployments with travel.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact AR demonstrations of Sand Table technology to government and military stakeholders, ensuring flawless execution in high-stakes environments
  • Rapidly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across the full demo stack—including AR hardware, software applications, and network connectivity—often in real-time during live presentations
  • Maintain and prepare demo equipment to deployment-ready standards, including software updates, hardware checks, and pre-demo validation
  • Collaborate with software engineering, product, and business development teams to coordinate demo requirements, timelines, and success criteria
  • Conduct testing of AR software releases and provide actionable feedback to development teams based on field performance and user experience
  • Travel to conduct demonstrations at client sites (up to 75% travel)

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide white-glove customer service to senior government and military officials
  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues under pressure
  • Hands-on networking experience, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring reliable network performance for demonstration environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, polished demonstrations
  • Comfort working independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments, often with minimal on-site support
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Must hold an active U.S. Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain one immediately upon hire
