About the role

Hands-on qualification engineer responsible for IQ/OQ/qualification data packages for additive manufacturing systems (metal and polymer), with PQ collaboration from Materials & Process and Application Engineering. Based in Torrance, CA with site travel including Red River Army Depot.

Responsibilities

  • Qualification Execution and Ownership: Author, execute, and close out IQ and OQ protocols for all AM systems with traceability from installation through production release. Support PQ with qualified equipment baseline, protocol structure, and machine capability data; own qualification impact assessment for engineering changes.

Qualifications

  • Direct experience qualifying metal AM equipment to AMS7032, ISO/ASTM TS 52930, ISO/ASTM 52920, or NIAR/NCAMP and US Navy AM requirements
