About the role

Remote, London-based International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting across European Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams. Focus on building the European hiring presence, shaping recruiting strategies, and scaling Whatnot’s EU talent footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with local and global hiring managers and business leaders to influence hiring decisions, shape strategies, and align recruiting priorities with broader business goals.
  • Source strong talent and explore creative channels beyond LinkedIn in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Act as a full-cycle recruiter from sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing.
  • Manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously with varying complexity and seniority.
  • Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics; tighten job descriptions and screening rubrics with hiring managers.
  • Iterate on candidate feedback to smooth recruiting processes.
  • Mentor peers, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in recruiting.
  • Build scalable, repeatable recruiting workflows that can scale with company growth.
  • Embed and promote diversity and inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience hiring across GTM, Sales, or Marketing in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies of scale.
  • Experience evaluating candidates for a range of business roles across multiple levels and markets, including GTM and Marketing.
  • Experience as a full-stack recruiter, managing end-to-end candidate processes.
  • Strong sourcing mindset with ability to nurture relationships with passive talent.
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments, ownership, and multi-role accountability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Data-focused with ability to measure pipeline health and manage expectations.
  • Commitment to diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices.
  • Deep understanding of the EU talent landscape; additional European language is a plus.
