Forward Deployed Engineer
About the role
Arini is building a single platform to run all healthcare operations. The Forward Deployed Engineer embeds with large North American healthcare enterprises to identify operational problems, design and ship production AI-enabled solutions, and own customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with operations, finance, and revenue cycle teams to understand how the work actually gets done.
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows directly with customers.
- Write production code that integrates with enterprise systems: practice management, billing, payments, and the long tail nobody has an API for.
- Own outcomes. You ship systems that remove millions in cost or thousands of hours, and you are accountable for whether they work.
- Turn what you learn in the field into a platform. The patterns you find at one customer become modules that run at the next.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- US citizen/visa only
- Skills: Python, TypeScript, Prototyping, AI Agents
