About the role
Arini is building the single platform to run all healthcare operations. The role focuses on designing, building, and operating the platform that runs enterprise healthcare operations, including integrations, AI agents, data pipelines, and reliability for thousands of clinics.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the modules that run operations: scheduling, patient communication, insurance, accounts payable, reporting, and more.
- Build integrations into enterprise healthcare systems: practice management, billing, payments, and vendors with no APIs.
- Build and operate AI agents in production, with evaluation, guardrails, and observability that let them take on work that matters.
- Design the data models and pipelines that let an operation spanning thousands of locations be queried, monitored, and acted on.
- Own reliability. You are on call for what you build, you find the root cause when it breaks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years
- Strong generalist, able to move between backend services, data, and operator-facing interfaces
- Shipped and operated systems in production
- Proficient in Python and TypeScript
- Familiarity with AWS and Cloudflare
- Experience shipping AI-powered solutions and using AI to automate work
