About the role

Marketing Operations Manager, Campaigns for Aprio Philippines. Responsible for GTM campaign administration, intake/prioritization, production pipeline, vendor management, CRM quality, events, and team leadership to support U.S. marketing efforts from offshore.

Responsibilities

  • Own request intake and prioritization — single point of contact for U.S. regional and industry GTM team members, triage incoming requests, set turnaround expectations, and maintain a shared queue of work.
  • Manage local sponsorships end to end — coordinate sponsorships of local events and charities within approved budgets, oversee ads and deliverables tied to sponsorships, and collaborate with US Events team for tradeshow-related events; support invitation development and tracking.
  • Oversee contracts and payments — review vendor agreements and invoices, coordinate approvals, track spend against budget, follow up on payment status, and manage memberships and renewals.
  • Run the production pipeline — manage collateral production (one-pagers, ads, bios, landing pages, newsletters) through PM tool, route to design/production teams, quality-check assets, and file finals in brand asset library.
  • Direct event logistics for mixers and local BD events in regions without a Regional Growth Manager — oversee registration tracking, venue selection, and production of related sales collateral.
  • Safeguard CRM and reporting quality — oversee list loading, hygiene, pre- and post-event reconciliation in CRM, and ensure recurring reporting cadence (pipeline, event ROI, growth inputs) is delivered on time.
  • Lead the coordinator — set service levels, review quality, coach and develop the coordinator, and help the team improve processes.
  • Partner with IGLs and RGLs — build and maintain strong working relationships with the IGLs and RGLs.
  • Protect firm and client data — apply Aprio’s data-handling standards to contact lists, payment details, and sensitive information involved.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or related field, including experience leading or mentoring others.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred) and a project management tool (e.g., ClickUp, Asana).
  • Experience handling vendor agreements, invoices, and budget tracking with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear, confident written and spoken English, comfortable working with U.S.-based stakeholders across time zones.
  • Calm, organized approach to competing priorities and attention to getting details right.
  • Hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days WFH) with full-time onsite during first 2 months.
  • Night shift schedule (8pm - 5am PHT).
