About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at a solidcore studio, focusing on customer experience, client services, and studio operations.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life (C: warm welcome with name; O: connect to community; R: recognize efforts; E: educate about offers)
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and satisfaction; respond to requests and concerns promptly
  • Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations (class packages, beverages/towels, promotions)
  • Perform routine client-facing tasks (account setup, scheduling/cancelling/rebooking classes, purchases)
  • Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches with daily operations and studio cleanliness
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances and assist in responses
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota; respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education (some college preferred)
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
