About the role
Deal Desk Analyst (EMEA) at Lovable acting as the link between Sales, Finance, Legal and Product to structure complex enterprise deals, own non-standard terms and approvals, and help build deal tools (CPQ, CLM, invoicing) with AI-driven self-serve capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Deal Structuring: Craft commercial structures (multi-year, ramp deals, consumption-based) with Enterprise AEs; serve as escalation point for non-standard terms, approvals, order forms, amendments, renewals for EMEA-based AEs.
- Process Optimization: Design and streamline internal sales policies, pricing guidelines, contract review and approval workflows; document non-standard terms and automate or self-serve repetitive requests.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Liaise between Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, and Product to streamline redlining and approval processes, including contracts and security reviews.
- Build, don't just operate: Design, test, and improve deal infrastructure (CLM, CPQ, invoicing) and related systems.
- Monetization & Pricing Strategy: Partner with Product, Finance, and GTM to support monetization experiments and structure new line items, considering packaging, pricing, and contracting implications.
Qualifications
- Deep Deal Desk experience in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment (Enterprise experience required)
- Deep expertise with CPQ tools and connection to QTC processes; strong experience with modern billing systems (e.g., Stripe, Metronome, Tabs)
- Experience leveraging AI to automate workflows and scale self-service across the sales team
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills; strategic partner to Sales and across functions
- Ability to read, understand and draft contractual business terms and conditions
- Deep experience and understanding of SaaS and Consumption business models
- Strong customer service orientation and desire to help others succeed
- Strong understanding of software revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 or equivalent)
