About the role

Internship in the Commercial team focusing on tracking KPIs, on-site presence at deployments, and cross-functional coordination to drive action items to closure during Winter 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Track progress across active commercial use cases and keep status, milestones, and blockers up to date for the team.
  • Collect, maintain, and report KPIs in recurring updates for the team and leadership.
  • Act as feet on the ground at customer and deployment sites: observe operations, capture issues and data, and relay what you see back to the team.
  • Coordinate across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations to drive action items and open issues to closure.
  • Step in on real tasks and own projects end to end as the team's needs shift.

Qualifications

  • Rising senior or recent graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field; must be graduating within one year.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with comfort working with data in spreadsheets.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites and work hands-on in industrial environments such as warehouses and logistics facilities.

Benefits

  • The US base pay range for this full-time position is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.
