About the role

Senior Security Analyst within SpaceX’s Washington, DC office, responsible for managing SCI security aspects in a fast-paced SCIF environment and supporting program security requirements across SCI missions.

Responsibilities

  • Own all SCI security aspects within a fast-paced SCIF environment
  • Support FSO in day-to-day collateral security requirements
  • Support all program security aspects of SCI missions (SOPs, OPSEC plans, PPPs, DD254s, etc.)
  • Enforce DD254 provisions and own the issuance of subcontractor DD254s
  • Coordinate SCI indoctrinations/debriefings
  • Partner with Mission Management and government representatives to ensure program deliverables are met
  • Create and update annual refresher, indoctrination, and exit briefings as needed
  • Partner with Mission Management and Engineering teams to enhance understanding of program classification and protection requirements
  • Possess a strong understanding of SCG development and influence customer determinations
  • Maintain accountability of associated program materials
  • Prepare for and execute compliance inspections, including self-inspections
  • Conduct security-related inquiries and incident reporting
  • Keep abreast of security trends and policy updates, implementing innovative solutions
  • Attend and support various customer meetings and working groups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; OR 7+ years of security experience performing NISPOM-related security responsibilities in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of security experience in an SCI environment
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (may involve pre-employment drug and random drug/alcohol testing)
