About the role

Senior full-life cycle recruiter supporting Starlink manufacturing with a focus on high-volume hiring and cross-functional collaboration, based in Bastrop, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
  • Deeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organization
  • Develop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
  • Find creative ways to capture the attention of candidates during initial outreach stages
  • Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions
  • As a SpaceX recruiter, run a full desk with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to fill mission critical positions
  • Represent SpaceX professionally to candidates as the first point of contact during the recruitment process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years of experience; or 7+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
