About the role

Senior full-life cycle recruiter supporting Starlink Go-To-Market and Business Operations, focused on sales, account management and global consumer ops to drive revenue and connect the unconnected. Requires strong communication, autonomy, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads while partnering with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
  • Deeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organization
  • Develop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
  • Find creative ways to capture the attention of candidates during initial outreach stages
  • Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years of experience; or 7+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
