About the role

Deployment Strategist responsible for end-to-end healthcare AI deployments, from discovery and design to build, launch, adoption, and measurable impact for health systems, providers, payors, or life sciences organizations. Combines strategic partnership with hands-on technical execution to move customers from interest to implementation and lasting impact.

Responsibilities

  • Get to the real problem behind what the customer is asking for — understand their business deeply enough to scope a solution that actually meets their objectives
  • Design and build agents capable of handling complex, high-stakes healthcare conversations
  • Map how data moves: from customer systems into the conversation, and from the conversation back out as insight. Scope what needs to be built and partner with engineering to ship it
  • Own the implementation end to end: bringing customer stakeholders along on adopting AI, configuring the agent to their workflows, managing timelines, documenting solutions, and foreseeing blockers
  • Work with forward deployed engineers to spec new AI features to enhance customer deployments
  • Capture learnings from deployments and turn them into repeatable playbooks, templates, and best practices
  • Develop analytics and create dashboards to track deployment performance
  • Use deployment insights to inform internal product and process improvements to scale delivery

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in deployment, implementation, strategic operations, consulting, solution architecture, or technical program management
  • Direct experience serving healthcare customers, or working inside a healthcare organization
  • Working knowledge of provider-side, payor-side, or life sciences workflows, operations, and organizational dynamics
  • Ability to reason about data models, interrogate unfamiliar schemas, and validate outputs
  • Hands-on comfort with engineering systems — JSON files, terminals, command-line tools, and git workflows
  • Track record of project-managing complex customer engagements across operational, clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders
  • BA/BS in a technical field (engineering, science, analytics, economics, or similar)
