Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA
Hybrid (London)Full-timePosted 2w ago
About the role
Hands-on field marketing role to scale Harvey’s EMEA field motion from foundations to a repeatable, region-wide programme. Owns both first-party and third-party events, collaborates with Sales, and drives a measurable, high-quality growth engine across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Scale the EMEA field marketing engine by improving playbooks, processes, planning rhythms, agency models, vendor bench, and measurement foundations to support higher volume across more markets without sacrificing quality.
- Plan and execute high-quality field programmes: manage a portfolio of third-party conferences and first-party events (executive dinners, roundtables, hosted formats) end to end, from selection and planning through onsite delivery and follow-up.
- Partner deeply with GTM: collaborate with Sales and customer-facing teams to prioritize markets, accounts, audiences, and event formats that support pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and strategic relationship building.
- Raise the quality bar for Harvey’s presence: optimise booth experiences, onsite execution, pre-event targeting, attendee briefing, Sales enablement, VIP moments, follow-up, and post-event reporting.
- Make event motions scalable: refine frameworks for sponsorships, hosting, packaging, attendee targeting, Sales alignment, and success metrics so new events are faster to stand up.
- Own execution details: manage budgets, logistics, vendors, agencies, timelines, staffing, swag, onsite delivery, lead capture, and follow-up across multiple events and markets.
- Measure and improve impact: track performance across field activity and feed learnings back into the shared EMEA field plan.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services, including scaling a motion.
- Proven experience planning and executing high-quality events or field activations that support pipeline, lead generation, account engagement, or revenue impact.
- Strong Sales partnership instincts and experience.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised and operationally rigorous, with the ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, vendors, and timelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable taking early-stage processes and making them stronger and more efficient.
- Strong commercial judgement with ability to connect event activity to GTM priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on approach from strategy and planning through onsite execution, rep wrangling, logistics, and follow-up.
- Familiarity with AI tooling is highly desirable.
- Experience marketing to legal, financial services, consulting, enterprise, or other high-touch professional audiences is a plus.
