About the role

Harvey’s Legal Engineers are skilled lawyers who apply their legal experience to demonstrate how Harvey’s AI solutions enhance day-to-day workflows for law firms and in-house legal teams. They educate customers, conduct deep discovery, lead tailored product demonstrations, and partner with Account Executives to secure the legal win in the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with English- and Swedish-speaking lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate Harvey’s AI solutions.
  • Establish credibility as a legal problem solver (e.g. researching databases, drafting and analyzing contracts, analyzing briefs and filings, corporate governance, due diligence).
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to different law firm practice groups and in-house teams, validating value and showcasing relevant features.
  • Partner with marketing to develop content for lawyers tailored to practice areas and client types.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, helping the sales team with feedback for product and strategy from a legal perspective.
  • Tailor introduction of new solutions to specific customer needs.
  • Further market perception of Harvey as credible and helpful for lawyers using AI.
  • Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

Qualifications

  • JD or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, preferably with corporate or litigation focus.
  • Executive engagement skills and presence with ability to establish relationships with decision makers and build credibility at all levels.
  • Outstanding presentation skills to legal and executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.
  • Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (e.g., law firm business development, secondment) and experience managing law firm client matters is beneficial.
