About the role
Rime builds conversational voice models for customer-obsessed brands. The role is to build and manage a demand generation engine to create qualified pipeline, targeting product and engineering leaders and technical buyers in B2B. The candidate will orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, ABM, and events strategy to drive revenue targets, with a focus on AI-related search, LLM-related visibility, and collaboration with founders and PMMs.
Responsibilities
- Build and run Rime's demand engine, from the first touch to qualified pipeline, working backward from revenue targets.
- Know what resonates with buyers (VPs of Product, technical builders, developers), choose format/tone/channel, and orchestrate touch sequences.
- Win in AI answer engines and relevant search results to appear compellingly to buyers.
- Drive strategy and partner with founders, product leaders, and PMMs for what is needed.
- Run ABM with input from the sales team, collaborating on creative campaigns to differentiate the Rime brand and build pipeline.
- Shape events strategy and help the field marketing lead execute effectively (without owning events personally).

- Team-oriented with willingness to collaborate in person at the San Francisco office a couple of days a week.
