About the role

Role on Meta's Leadership Development team focused on design-led leadership development and strategic business partnership. Combines bespoke leadership interventions with scalable programs, journeys, tools, and playbooks for managers and directors across Meta. Requires end-to-end design and delivery from diagnosis to implementation, with enterprise-wide impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods (360s, assessments, interviews, organizational data, business context) and translate diagnosis into design requirements and actionable development strategies
  • Design bespoke leader and team interventions (team development engagements, leadership alignment sessions, transition support, coaching engagements, and change-management solutions) grounded in diagnosis and linked to business outcomes
  • Create scalable leadership-development solutions (programs, learning journeys, tools, playbooks, and resources for managers and directors) while maintaining relevance and quality
  • Own the end-to-end design lifecycle (discovery, problem framing, concept development, prototyping, piloting, facilitation, measurement, iteration) and partner with SMEs, designers, program managers, and operations to scale solutions
  • Shape strategy and direction across the leadership-development system, identifying emerging capability needs and influencing priorities beyond individual programs
  • Facilitate and coach with credibility (ICF-credentialed methodology) for high-stakes leadership and provide 1:1 executive coaching to build capacity
  • Serve as cross-company intelligence (rotational deployment, enterprise-wide perspective) and transfer effective practices across groups
  • Build trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders for intake, diagnosis, scoping, and alignment while maintaining candor and independence
  • Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem (executive development, coaching, growth programs, team development, skills solutions)
  • Support organizational and work-environment transformation (navigating reorgs, AI transformation, and large-scale change) and develop leadership capabilities and learning systems to lead through disruption
  • Advance the craft of leadership-development design by applying current research and exploring AI-enabled approaches while preserving human judgment and connection

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, learning experience design, or related field
  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership-design function
  • ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC)
  • Experience designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch and iteration, including bespoke interventions and scalable programs
  • Expertise applying adult development, learning design, design thinking, or product design to complex leadership challenges
  • Mastery of leader and team diagnosis including 360 design/debrief, assessments, stakeholder discovery, and organizational analysis
  • Experience facilitating high-impact development experiences for senior leaders and teams
  • Track record of creating programs/tools/playbooks delivering measurable outcomes
  • Ability to lead ambiguous, high-impact work across organizational boundaries and influence strategy without formal authority
  • Experience in complex, technical, multicultural, globally distributed organizations
