About the role
Role focused on strategic planning, analytical rigor, and large-scale program execution to govern capacity planning and scaling of Meta's infrastructure across AI, data center, and compute ecosystems. Defines frameworks, operating models, and cross-functional initiatives with autonomy, driving measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and support analytical frameworks and decision models informing capacity ecosystem strategy, including demand and supply dynamics, fleet utilization trade-offs, and infrastructure investment prioritization
- Lead development and evolution of the team's strategic roadmap, synthesizing inputs from infrastructure, finance, supply chain, and engineering partners into a prioritized plan
- Drive complex cross-functional programs end-to-end — scoping initiatives, building execution plans, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery milestones
- Identify systemic gaps in capacity planning processes and operational workflows, design solutions, and lead implementation across partner organizations
- Own the design and continuous improvement of team operating cadences (business reviews, planning cycles, goal-tracking) for visibility into ecosystem health and strategic progress
- Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, strategic recommendations, and program status communications reflecting priorities, risks, and decisions
- Serve as a thought partner to the Director of Capacity Ecosystems and leaders, stress-testing strategies and proposing course corrections based on data
- Build and scale internal knowledge-sharing and communication mechanisms to align cross-functional partners on strategy and progress
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on infrastructure capacity topics (AI compute scaling, data center supply chain economics, ecosystem bottlenecks) to shape long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, management consulting, or equivalent in large-scale technology or infrastructure organizations
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders from scoping to delivery and retrospective
- Experience building quantitative models, scenario analyses, and data-driven decision frameworks for capacity planning, supply chain, infrastructure investment, or similar domains
- Experience communicating strategic recommendations, program status, and analytical findings to executive audiences through briefings, presentations, and reviews
