About the role

Graphic Designer at Niural focused on bringing the brand to life through static and motion design across digital, social, product, events, and marketing. Role emphasizes creative storytelling, visual identity, and collaboration with marketing, product, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop visual concepts and creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, events, web, and digital experiences.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and short-form video content.
  • Bring static brand concepts to life through motion and storytelling.
  • Design social content, digital ads, presentations, illustrations, infographics, and other brand materials.
  • Translate creative concepts into polished visual executions across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Help evolve and maintain a consistent visual identity across the brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to turn ideas and briefs into compelling creative.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines quickly and confidently.
  • Experiment with new visual styles, formats, tools, and emerging creative technologies.
  • Contribute ideas, not just executions, to campaigns and creative concepts.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, motion design, or a related creative role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design and motion work.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating motion graphics and animation for digital and social platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
  • Ability to take a project from initial concept through final production.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger creative idea.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a fast-moving team.
  • Curiosity about technology, AI, culture, and emerging creative trends.
