About the role

Legal Operations Specialist responsible for building and scaling Higgsfield AI's legal operations, focusing on contract lifecycle management (Ironclad), automation, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization for a fast-growing, remote-first organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and design/continually improve the Legal team's operating model to streamline workflows and automate processes.
  • Develop and maintain scalable legal processes for a rapidly growing global organization.
  • Own and manage the legal technology stack (Ironclad, matter management, e-billing).
  • Optimize Ironclad workflows for contract intake, approvals, execution, and management.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions, including AI-assisted first review of NDAs.
  • Identify and implement AI tools and automation to improve legal work management.
  • Oversee relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget management and billing.
  • Establish metrics and reporting dashboards to provide visibility into priorities, workload, and performance.
  • Use operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and business teams to align legal processes with broader operations.
  • Support implementation and adoption of new legal tools, systems, and processes across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in legal technology (contract lifecycle management, e-billing, matter management).
  • Hands-on Ironclad experience (configuring, managing, optimizing CLM workflows).
  • Experience designing and implementing legal workflows, processes, and automation solutions.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve legal processes.
  • Experience supporting global teams and scaling operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independent ownership.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology or AI company is strongly preferred.
  • Collaborative, curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
