About the role

Internship to support launching and growing trawa in new European markets (Austria and the Netherlands), with hands-on experience across go-to-market, operations, and product in a fast-growing energy platform.

Responsibilities

  • Supercharge local go-to-market: research competitors, define how trawa wins in the market, support early customer acquisition.
  • Turn regulation into a competitive edge: track legal/regulatory updates and translate them into actions for trawa.
  • Build local operations: support product rollouts, from contract frameworks to processes, adapting Berlin HQ practices to the local market.
  • Shape the product for new markets: bring local customer and market insights to the product team.
  • Become the market expert: run ad-hoc analyses, build market overviews, be the go-to person for country-specific information.
  • Collaborate with leadership: work with expansion leads and senior leadership, own initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Be a true team player: contribute to the team’s overall success.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Bachelor's student, gap year, Master's student, or recent graduate with outstanding academic achievements.
  • Strong track record with analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and independence.
  • Motivated, hands-on, and willing to take real responsibility.
  • First practical experience in a dynamic startup, top-tier strategy consultancy, or investment banking.
  • Curious about the energy transition and comfortable with legal texts.
