About the role

Program Manager role within Anduril’s People organization, owning and driving key People Programs from talent acquisition to compensation with strong program management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to tackle complex problems and design analyses that influence operational decisions.
  • Build trust with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into actionable project plans.
  • Communicate across teams, bridge organizational gaps, and craft narratives and updates to align stakeholders and drive program outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
